Rush Street Interactive, Inc. is offering a 12-week Player Support Intern role focused on learning how we assist players, resolve concerns, and deliver positive experiences across RSI’s online gaming platforms.

You’ll gain hands-on practice in customer communication, problem-solving, documentation, and escalation. You’ll work with an experienced team, participate in training, and have opportunities for future full-time roles within RSI’s Customer Support team.

Qualifications

• No prior iGaming or customer support experience required.
• Demonstrate empathy and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay patient and professional with customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn how the Player Support team responds to questions and resolves concerns.
• Develop clear, empathetic communication across support channels.
• Assist with researching inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow procedures.
• Learn RSI’s systems and tools to provide timely, consistent support.
• Contribute to projects improving player satisfaction and resources.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and feedback sessions.
• Understand customer support operations in a highly regulated industry.
