Job summary

Jdm-Golf-LLC in Arizona is seeking a guest-focused cart attendant to load bags, clean clubs, and detail golf carts while ensuring a high standard of guest service. You will help with range balls, carts, and inventory, and support marketing efforts as part of a dynamic team.

The role requires standing for long periods, basic computer use, and excellent communication in English. Flexible scheduling and on-site work are provided in a picturesque golf environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload golf bags onto golf carts.
• Clean clubs before and after rounds; maintain cart cleanliness.
• Detail golf carts and carts barn; stage carts for guest use.
• Retrieve golf balls using the tracker; unload and wash range balls.
• Open and close the practice facility; manage rental club inventory.
• Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings including safety sessions.
• Support marketing/promotional plans as needed.

Scope and Purpose:This position ensures that a high level of service is offered to all guests and that we exceed the expectations of every guest every time. This position also ensures that the fleet of golf carts is kept clean and in good working order, and that guests clubs are kept clean, in accordance with Company standards.Essential Functions:Loading and unloading golf bags onto golf carts.Cleaning guests clubs both before and after the round.Cleaning and detailing of golf carts, building and cart barn.Staging of golf carts.Retrieve golf balls using the trackerUnloading and washing range golf ballsOpens and closes the practice facilityMaintains rental club inventory and overnight bag storageExecutes Marketing/Promotional plansAttend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must be able to read, understand, and communicate effectively in EnglishBasic computer skillsMust demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skillsMust be able to perform professionally in a high volume, high profile, demanding environmentPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions.
