Scope and Purpose

This position ensures that the fleet of golf carts is kept clean and in good working order in accordance with JDM Golf standards. Also, this position ensures the driving range is kept clean and golf balls are restocked nightly.

Essential Functions

• Cleaning golf carts
• Picking up golf balls
• Closing the practice facility, clean golf balls, and refill baskets
• Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all safety meetings.)

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must demonstrate exceptional guest service and public relations skills.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, seeing, hearing, talking.
• Frequent pushing, pulling and lifting in excess of 50 pounds.

Work Environment

Work environment is typical of a golf cart on an open golf course. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions. Golf bag and golf cart storage areas may be dusty, especially during cleaning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Entry level position
• All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance suitable for public golf courses (specific standards available).
• Previous experience at a golf facility preferred.

Pay

Pay: $12.15 per hour- Tipped position (2026 minimum $15.15 per hour)
