Responsibilities

• Greets and assists members and guests with the storage of their golf clubs.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bag storage room.
• Manage bag drop for members and guests.
• Loading bags from bag storage room or bag racks onto carts for daily and tournament play.
• Provide directions to golfers to golf-related areas.
• Assist golfers with carts and equipment.
• Clean, detail, restock golf carts after each use.
• Maintain cleanliness of golf-related areas.
• Setup/reset/break down practice stations.
• Pick up/wash balls from practice facility.
• Ensure the security of all golf equipment in storage.
• Communicate with the golf operations on a regular basis and report important issues as necessary.

Scope of PositionThe Golf Cart & Bag Room Attendant will provide the members and their guests with the highest quality customer service. Second language is a plus.Able to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.Able to perform multiple tasks.Knowledge of the use of equipment/machinery.Physical RequirementsAble to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to be outdoors for long periods of time.Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including heat, sun, wind, and rain.Be physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds.Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
