Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Farmington, New York, is hiring a part-time Player Services Representative to assist with player rewards transactions and guest service.

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday nights, 4pm–12am. Pay: $16.00 per hour. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay, training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Enroll guests in the player tracking system and maintain data accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and explain games and rewards.
• Support on-site promotions and giveaways to boost engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns with strong listening skills and diplomacy.

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Player Services Representative to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for assisting with all player rewards transactions.

Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday night, 4pm-12am

$16.00 - $16.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Enroll guests in the player tracking system, manage accurate data entry, and maintain confidentiality of all guest records and Player Rewards activities
• Deliver exceptional guest service, including answering questions promptly, explaining games, contests, and Player’s Club benefits, and assisting with promotions and giveaways.
• Support marketing initiatives by helping implement on-site promotions, contests, and giveaways to enhance guest engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns effectively, demonstrating strong listening skills and the ability to defuse difficult situations while preserving goodwill.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, team members, and supervisors by modeling professional behavior and mutual respect in all interactions
