DOPE Marketing in Minnesota seeks an Inside Sales Manager who will lead by example, carry an individual book of business, and coach the team to hit aggressive targets. You’ll set the pace on the floor, energize the group, and ensure accountability in daily activities and weekly forecasts.

You will manage quotas, pipeline health, and forecasting while developing talent through onboarding and ongoing training. A fast-paced, no-fluff environment recognizes and rewards results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in print, marketing services, or B2B sales.
• High energy with strong coaching instincts and the ability to diagnose and fix stalled deals.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales metrics, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Sell and carry your own book of business and close deals.
• Set pace and maintain energy on the sales floor daily.
• Coach in real time with on-the-spot feedback to the team.
• Track activity and outcomes; course-correct when numbers dip.
• Motivate the team with huddles, celebrate wins, and maintain high morale.
• Manage quotas, pipeline health, and forecasting; report results to leadership.
• Develop talent through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Solve blockers and keep reps moving forward.
