Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while upholding our standards and values.
• Follow Company standards, policies, and procedures in all duties.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance across all menu items.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures at all times.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked during service.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to coordinate pickups and service flow.
• Minimize waste through proper preparation, storage, and portion control.
• Show knowledge and application of required cooking techniques across all menu items.
• Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
• Treat teammates with care, dignity, fairness, and respect, promoting teamwork.

• Exhibit knowledge, understanding, and application of all required cooking techniques.

• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and uniform standards.
