The Family Y is hiring a Play & Learn Lead Superstar for a part-time, hourly role in our Play & Learn area. You will lead activities, supervise children, and ensure a fun, safe environment while guiding parents and teammates.

Ideal candidates bring experience with kids, leadership, and strong communication. The role includes writing daily notes and supporting events, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead Play & Learn activities and supervise children.
• Keep kids engaged, safe, and having fun indoors.
• Plan age-appropriate activities (crafts, games, creative play).
• Build strong relationships with parents, kids, and team members.
