Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to support children with neurodevelopmental differences through naturalistic, play-based ABA. You will deliver 1:1 and group interventions, applying BCBA-guided strategies and documenting progress to families.

The role offers paid training, BCAT credential support, and opportunities to advance within a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including autism spectrum considerations.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days with support from employer.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track progress toward treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
