Cortica in San Marcos, CA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences, under BCBA supervision. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, implement positive behavior strategies, document progress, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

This role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and paths to BCBA leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel within a 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
