Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy is seeking a Behavior Therapist to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in Miami and surrounding areas. You will work at clients’ homes, schools, and community settings, using evidence-based practices to help children reach meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include data collection to monitor progress and collaboration with families and a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification or applicable state licensure.
• Weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm).

Responsibilities

• Use play-based ABA therapy to help children with autism achieve meaningful goals at home, in school, and in the community, grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Collect data to track progress and partner with caregivers and the clinical team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
