Job summary

Kyo-Autism-Therapy,-LLC in Kyle, TX is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will collect data on progress and work with families and the clinical team to maintain high-quality support.

We offer paid ABA training, 1:1 mentorship, credential/license support, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role includes travel between nearby locations and a 3–7 pm weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a supportive setting.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification or state licensure.
• Ability to use tablets and online platforms.
• Reliable transportation and a valid in-state license.

Responsibilities

• Use play-based ABA therapy to help children achieve meaningful goals at home, in school, and in the community.
• Collect data to track each child’s progress and collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
