Beyond Autism Services seeks enthusiastic Behavior Therapists to deliver ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinics, homes, and schools. You will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts, implement therapy plans, and record progress with accuracy while upholding client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or adolescents in a care or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and therapy teams.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions and document progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, and clinics.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement therapy plans.
• Record treatment data accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
• Support acquisition and behavior reduction goals using ABA principles.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills.
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists within the care team.
• Promote client safety and engage families in therapy outcomes.
• Assist with scheduling and coverage coordination as needed.
