Job summary

Kyo is a leading ABA provider seeking Program Supervisors to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. You will mentor therapists and caregivers, modeling best practices to maintain treatment integrity and support skill development.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, and updating program materials and client documentation. The role requires full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RBT or state ABA license willingness and BACB sequence preferred.
• 12+ ABA semester units with 1 year ABA experience or 2 years designing/implementing ABA programs.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with children with developmental disabilities using ABA.
• Weekday afternoon availability (3–7pm) required.
• Reliable vehicle and approximately 45-minute travel between work locations; paid drive time.
• Basic computer skills; smartphone required; ability to use tablets and online platforms.
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test if applicable.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel and lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children achieve goals.
• Train, mentor, and coach Therapists and caregivers through observation and feedback.
• Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, and documenting client progress.
