Job summary

Kyo-Autism-Therapy,-LLC is hiring Behavior Therapists to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism across California locations. You will track progress with data and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support in various settings.

The role offers paid ABA training and growth opportunities, a potential path to BCBA, and a benefits package for staff working 30+ hours per week. Weekday afternoon shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and willingness to obtain & maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or applicable state licensure.
• Weekday afternoon availability (3-7pm).
• Reliable vehicle with valid in-state driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel ~45 minutes between locations with paid drive time.
• Experience working with children and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and access to a smartphone."
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test (if applicable).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch; lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use play-based ABA therapy to help children with autism achieve meaningful goals at home, in school, and in the community.
• Collect data to track each child’s progress and partner with caregivers and your clinical team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
