Job summary

Cortica is looking for compassionate Behavior Interventionists in Boston, MA, to provide 1:1 and group behavioral services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The ideal candidate has experience with children, ideally with autism, and is willing to pursue a BCAT credential. Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially with autism is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Complete Cortica’s orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.

Skills

Experience working with children

Tech-savvy with EMR systems

Willingness to obtain BCAT credential

Education

Masters, Bachelor's degree, High school or equivalent
