Cortica is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians in Weymouth, MA to deliver life-changing ABA therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role involves providing 1:1 and group services, documenting progress, and implementing strategies developed alongside BCBAs. Qualifications
Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
