Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and group ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role emphasizes naturalistic, play-based approaches and collaboration with BCBAs and families.

We offer a predictable part-time schedule, with opportunities to add hours on Saturdays. Training is provided, including BCAT exam review, and there are benefits like a referral bonus and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
