Cortica is seeking a Behavior Interventionist in Braintree, Massachusetts to provide compassionate, behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role requires experience working with children and a willingness to obtain the BCAT credential. Full-time and part-time options are available, along with competitive pay ranging from $23.62 to $31.69 per hour, and benefits including medical coverage and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, especially those with autism is a plus.
• Must be willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
