Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists in Quincy, MA to design and deliver play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will complete orientation, provide 1:1 and group services, and implement BCBA-guided strategies to improve outcomes for families.

Roles offer predictable schedules, a single rate, plus benefits such as paid training, mileage reimbursement, and continued education support. Training emphasizes hands-on learning and BCAT preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Master's, bachelor's, or high school equivalent described in job requirements.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days with support from Cortica.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within a 30–40 minute drive.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete Cortica’s orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
