Job summary

Cortica in Brockton, MA is hiring a Behavior Interventionist to work 1:1 and in small groups with children who have neurodevelopmental differences. You'll implement evidence-based, naturalistic, play-based ABA plans designed with BCBA supervision and track progress through session data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; support provided.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within 30–40 minute drive.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies under BCBA guidance.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting.
