Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians for play-based therapy in Burlington, MA. You will provide 1:1 and small-group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences, under BCBA guidance, using evidence-based methods.

Training is provided, with a direct pay rate and opportunities for growth. Role includes travel to client sites within a 30–40 minute radius, flexible part-time options, and professional development through ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to drive progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica crises protocol, including de-escalation and reporting.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
