Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver naturalistic, play-based ABA for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group therapy, using evidence-based strategies under BCBA guidance.

Candidates should have prior experience with children, be willing to obtain BCAT within 90 days, and operate across multiple client sites within a 30–40 minute radius. Training, stipends, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in pediatric settings.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
