Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a friendly dining room server to deliver Platinum Service® in our community dining program in Yuma, AZ. The role focuses on creating an exceptional resident and guest dining experience by serving meals, answering questions, and maintaining dining room standards.

You will follow safety regulations, assist with event/snack service, and support other dining room areas as needed, while upholding our commitment to compassionate hospitality and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Be able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Follow sanitary regulations at all times.
• Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience.
• Set up meal trays and dining room before and after meals.
• Assist in checking resident trays before distribution.
• Prepare and deliver snacks for events and parties.
• Bus tables during and after meals.
• Support other dining rooms during events and activities.
