Qualifications

Follow detailed written work instructions, travelers and safety rules.
Learn plating-thickness measurement methods and use basic tools.
Work safely around chemicals, tanks and production equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform plating and finishing operations per approved processes.
Review work orders, verify part numbers, specs and instructions.
Prepare parts via cleaning, activation, masking and fixturing.
Set up plating tanks, rectifiers, racks and related equipment.
Maintain traceability and document process data and labor.
Ensure clean, organized and safe work areas following 5S.
Monitor process conditions and escalate issues promptly.
