Job summary

All Metals Processing of Orange County is seeking a Helper/Laborer to assist in plating preparation, packaging, and general department duties in a production environment. The role involves placing parts on/off racks, securing parts, performing inspections, and supporting the Plater as needed.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with basic hand tools, able to work around acids and chemicals, and committed to following precise instructions while maintaining strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using basic tools (e.g., wire cutters, air hose).
• Able to work on a platform with tanks of acid and chemicals.
• Must follow precise instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Places parts on and off racks.
• Performs bending of aluminum wires to secure parts.
• Tightens bolts and screws on saddle racks.
• Assists Plater in cleaning tanks (if needed).
• Performs visual inspection to prevent over plating.
• Uses air hose to dry parts after plating.
• Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
• Adheres to safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
