Job summary

All Metals Processing of Orange County is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our surface finishing plating operations. The role focuses on industrial plumbing, fluid transfer systems, process tanks, and overhead crane equipment in an active chemical processing environment.

You will work with safety-first practices, follow OSHA and SDS guidelines, and log all maintenance activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance in plating/chemical environments.
• Experience threading, solvent welding piping (CPVC, PVDF, PVC) and servicing valves/pumps.
• Strong troubleshooting across pumps, pneumatics, motor controls.
• Know OSHA guidelines, SDS, chemical compatibility, spill response.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and fluid handling systems.
• Inspect and service process tanks, piping, valves, pumps, and cranes.
• Maintain overhead cranes, hoists, monorails, and lifting equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols including LOTO and SDS; stop-work authority.
• Log maintenance activity and near-misses; ensure proper documentation.
• Support equipment commissioning and routine preventive maintenance.
