Job summary

Embee Processing in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Helper/Laborer to support plating operations by placing parts on racks, prepping and packaging, and performing general warehouse duties.

You will work under a supervisor, handle basic tools, and adhere to safety regulations; physical work includes lifting up to 30 lbs and exposure to heat, chemicals, and fumes. This is an on-site, entry-level role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Places parts on and off racks as needed.
• Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure.
• Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure.
• May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks.
• Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over plating.
• Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of plating cycle.
• Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
• Adheres to safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Laborers & Helpers 1 EMBEE, Santa Ana, CA, US

Salary Range: $17.90 To $19.40 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Helper/Laborer is responsible for putting parts on and off the racks so that they may be prepped and ready for plating process, prepare and package parts, as well as perform general duties within the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Places parts on and off racks as needed.
• Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed.
• Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure.
• May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks.
• Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over plating.
• Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of plating cycle.
• Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
• Adheres to safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
