Job summary

Monogram Aerospace Fasteners in Commerce, CA is hiring a Plater Helper for 1st shift. This on-site, hourly role supports chemical plating operations and requires ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

Pay is $19.56–$24.36 per hour, Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm, with potential for advancement. Typical duties include cleaning and preparing parts, operating plating-related equipment, maintaining solution levels, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a machine shop

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English at level required in company shop documents and computer software entry and processing requirements.
• Ability to apply mathematical operations including fractions and decimals to exacting tolerances (±.0001) as required by chemical processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Washes, cleans and dries production from all product lines.
• Maintains strength of cleaning solutions and changes solutions as necessary.
• Transports parts to and from various locations in the departments.
• Operates various types of equipment to complete chemical processing operations.
