Headway Technologies Inc. is seeking a Plating ME Technician in Milpitas, CA. You will support plating and wafer fab processes, review procedures, and disposition wafers for rework while maintaining SPC-driven controls.

You will analyze data, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with engineering on process changes. Prior electronics/manufacturing experience and trouble-shooting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to use SPC to monitor processes and present findings.

Responsabilités

• Support plating manufacturing and wafer fab processes for efficiency and cost control.
• Dispositions abnormal wafers for rework and ensures timely completion.
• Collects and analyzes data; supports corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintains process controls using SPC and prepares charts/graphs as needed.
• Trains and certifies operators on tools and processes.
