Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology; equivalent experience.
• 2 years in semiconductor high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to manufacturing and engineering in the inspection area.
• Support wafer fab production and processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and document processes; collaborate with engineering to implement changes with minimal disruption.
• Dispositon abnormal wafers for rework; ensure prompt completion.
• Collect and analyze data; recommend corrective action.
• Maintain process controls using SPC and prepare charts/graphs as needed.
• Assist with training operators and ensuring safety policies.
