Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn a new skill? We're looking for motivated Production Workers to join our growing team in Aurora, CO . In this role, you'll help manufacture printed circuit boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of electronic products used every day.
No PCB experience? No problem! We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you succeed. Whether you have a background in manufacturing, warehouse work, or construction, we'd love to hear from you.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Operating and monitoring production equipment
Loading and unloading materials and components
Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Following work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation
Using hand tools and basic measuring instruments
Assisting with assembly, finishing, and packaging operations
Completing production records and paperwork accurately
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Following all safety and quality procedures
Supporting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or related experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
