Job summary

Aerotek in Aurora, CO is hiring entry level Production Workers to support PCB manufacturing. No prior PCB experience is required; paid training is provided. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role with full-time hours and a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with various start times. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement as you grow in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working around manufacturing chemicals when required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Entry Level Production Worker

Our team is seeking dependable Production Workers to join us! This position supports the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in a variety of electronic products. No prior PCB experience is required. Paid training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a production environment.

Location:

Aurora, CO

Pay:

$18.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
