Job summary

BizTech Fusion is hiring a Platform Validation Engineer to join a high-performance hardware engineering team in Santa Clara, onsite. The role focuses on validation, debugging, automation, and failure analysis of storage and server platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience across hardware, firmware, and software, and can collaborate with engineering, operations, lab, and external manufacturing partners to drive robust validation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience validating complex hardware in compute/storage/server networks.
• Experience with rack-scale systems and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Shell/Bash for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end validation strategies for storage/server platforms.
• Execute validation plans across functional, electrical, thermal, and reliability tests.
• Perform root-cause analysis and failure investigations across hardware/software stacks.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Lead debugging efforts at device and rack levels and document findings.
