Job summary

System One is seeking a Training Associate for a 6-7 month onsite contract in Indianapolis, IN. You will design and maintain platform-specific curriculum within COE governance, partnering with SMEs and Platform Leads to ensure content aligns with GMP and manufacturing needs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in L&D or manufacturing operations, with strong English communication and knowledge of LMS systems. This role is 40 hours per week, onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; candidates with 10+ years of relevant work may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in GMP/GxP regulated environments, and understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and govern curriculum for platform and site needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain platform-specific training content within COE governance and global standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Platform Leads, and COE to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned to manufacturing processes.
• Address platform and site training needs, organizing content by process and qualification levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reflect site execution needs and drive curriculum updates.
• Support OJT and DOJT standardization and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
