Job summary

Factory is seeking aTechnical Support Engineer to ensure customers maximize value from our developer-centric platform. You will work at the intersection of customer success, product management, and engineering, resolving architecture, performance, and operational challenges while contributing to internal tooling for scale.

You will partner with customers to drive adoption, reliability, and best practices, and you will help shape how we build and deliver autonomous software as we scale.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, C++, JavaScript/Node.js).
• Experience administering large-scale production environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer challenges across architecture, performance, recovery and security.
• Advocate for customers by feeding feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Develop internal tools and diagnostics for benchmarking, diagnostics and automation.
• Collaborate with customer success, growth, and engineering to design scalable processes and dashboards.
