Job summary

Factory is seeking highly capable engineers to own and lead engineering projects across our product suite in San Francisco. You will work closely with design, research, engineering, and GTM teams to build a platform that delivers tremendous value to our customers.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining core platform features, shipping secure code for enterprise clients, and collaborating across teams to take concepts to live features that drive user value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong frontend experience required.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience with API design, databases, and UI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain platform features from ground up.
• Ship secure, fault‑tolerant code for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with design, research, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver value to users.
• Work with AWS/GCP/Azure to deploy scalable applications.
