Job summary

Novartis seeks a Program Manager to coordinate platform strategy and launch enablement for priority product launches. The role integrates technology and data efforts across business, product, CRM, and analytics to ensure readiness and timely delivery.

You will report to leadership through governance forums, maintain integrated plans, and enable scalable, reusable capabilities across the commercial technology ecosystem. 3 days onsite in East Hanover with some remote work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex technology and data initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities across technology and data initiatives supporting designated launch brands.
• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across participating teams.
• Coordinate activities across CRM, data, analytics, reporting, and platform workstreams.
• Monitor progress against delivery commitments and identify risks to launch timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning, status reviews, and readiness discussions.
