Novartis Group Companies in the US seeks an Executive Director, Product Strategy Lead to orchestrate integrated product strategies across a therapy area. Location options include East Hanover, NJ or Cambridge, MA with no remote work and 20% travel domestically and internationally.

The role oversees the full P&L and partners with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and more to accelerate impact while optimizing resource interdependencies. Strong leadership and global/local alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare
• 3+ years large budget management
• 3+ years leading integrated product strategy with global/local alignment
• US Market, launch and lifecycle experience or GM experience elsewhere

Responsabilités

• Define critical and specific integrated priorities with cross-functional team.
• Lead, measure and act on KPIs for the integrated product strategy.
• Contribute to the P&L and drive resource allocation for impact.
• Contribute to topline results through strategic choices.
• Coordinate cross-functional resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Establish and coordinate KPI management across functions.
• Partner with functional heads on trade-off decisions.
• Collaborate with General Managers on enterprise decisions.
