Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer, Production Support & Platform Stability to ensure production reliability across contact channel and agent experience platforms, enabling advisors to serve clients effectively.

You will lead incident response, platform health checks, release execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, DevOps, and Analytics teams.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in related fields; US location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in production support or platform engineering for contact center tech.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise contact center platforms (NICE CXOne, IVR, ACD, routing, telephony).
• Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents and executing changes through formal change/release processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and incident response to maintain platform reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering for operational readiness and release delivery.
• Perform health checks, config reviews, and performance assessments for stability.
• Execute platform changes via SDLC, change management, and release processes.
• Document runbooks, incident playbooks, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and ownership transitions.
