Job summary

EVOTEK, North America’s premier digital business enabler, seeks a Platform Architect to act as a client-facing technical strategist and solution designer. You will architect complex enterprise solutions, align to business objectives, and build confidence with customers throughout pre-sales engagements.

This role requires deep expertise across data center, cloud, security, and AI/ML, with collaboration across sales and delivery teams to craft scalable architectures and produce high‑level designs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Proven pre-sales architecture or technical consulting experience in SI/vendor context.
• Expertise in on-prem infrastructure and leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Experience integrating data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML into enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement with executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales activities with sales teams to gather requirements and design proposals.
• Build relationships with clients and prospects.
• Design architectures for on-prem, cloud, or hybrid deployments.
• Develop virtualization and multi-cloud strategies to support modernization.
• Integrate data management, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities into platform architectures.
• Lead technical presentations and demos to articulate value.
• Evaluate tech and leverage vendor relations to shape solutions.
• Support RFP responses and pricing from an architectural view.
• Provide technical assurance during delivery and handoff to teams.
• Produce architecture documents, high-level designs, and BOMs.
• Stay current with emerging infra, cloud, data, and AI trends.
