Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Platform Shared Services to define the strategy for policy, workflow orchestration, inbox and notifications across the Delinea Platform. You will own the shared services portfolio, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and drive API-first design and multi-tenant scalability in a multi-product SaaS environment.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and delivering scalable platform capabilities across enterprise

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, focused on platform services or shared/foundational capabilities.
Understanding of platform product management principles: multi-tenancy, API-first design.
Experience with shared-service domains (policy engines, policy-as-code, workflow orchestration).
Familiarity with security, compliance, and audit requirements for enterprise workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration across engineers, designers, and PMs.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the platform's shared services (policy, workflow, inbox, notifications).
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements for policy authoring, approval workflows, and notifications.
Work with internal product teams to design easy-to-adopt, extensible shared services.
Develop a robust policy framework with auditable enforcement across the platform.
Own the workflow and approval service roadmap and analytics-driven adoption.
