Job summary

This role balances people management, technical leadership, and execution to shape roadmaps, ensure dependable services, and partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, and vendors. Qualifications
- Must have led engineering teams and managed priorities to support career growth.
- Strong background in software/platform engineering, infrastructure, cloud services, or related discipline.
- Experience delivering scalable services in production, including SaaS or self-hosted in AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a small team of platform engineers, fostering ownership and technical excellence.
- Own delivery, health, and lifecycle management of internal platform services (version control, code quality tooling, dev portal).
- Define and execute service roadmaps aligned with Platform Engineering priorities and consumer needs.
- Provide technical direction on architecture, scalability, reliability, security, observability, and DX.
