Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 7-10 years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of IT staff management.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of IT hardware, software, cloud offerings.
• Ability to manage a matrixed workforce and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Proven ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues and implement corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT activities across infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud services, virtualization, databases, security, and compliance.
• Ensure continuity of IT services through leadership, planning, and oversight.
• Align IT services with business processes and customer requirements.
• Perform systems analysis, design reviews, and architectural assessments.
• Forecast costs and manage budgets for IT projects.
• Recommend hardware/software upgrades for IT assets.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to improve service delivery.
• Audit systems, ensure data security, and maintain recovery readiness.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement strategic improvements.
• Prepare long-range system plans and validate implementation success.
• Analyze business needs and propose scalable technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and enforce policies.
