Job summary
L'Oréal USA, Inc. in New York is seeking an AVP Platform Services Lead to drive the transformation of its Data, Analytics & AI ecosystem.
You will oversee a cross-functional team, establishing governance, scaling platform capabilities, and improving DevX across Americas. You will empower delivery teams to build secure, compliant, cost-aware AI/data products at scale, aligning with enterprise standards and Trustworthy AI practices, while leading strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagements
Qualifications
- AVP level role in the US.
- 14+ years in IT/Engineering leadership.
- Proven experience managing enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI platforms at scale.
- Deep understanding of modern Data & AI cloud architecture (GCP highly preferred).
- Governance, Trustworthy AI, security and privacy by design.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic transformation of Data, Analytics, and AI ecosystem.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team across governance, enablement, and DevX.
- Define architectural governance and reference patterns.
- Drive SDLC acceleration with modern AI tooling and automated workflows.
