L’Oréal IT Americas seeks an AVP Platform Services Lead, Data & AI for the Americas region. Based in NYC, you will manage a multidisciplinary team, define governance standards, and scale enterprise AI/Data platforms across the region.

You will oversee platform enablement, DevX, and SDLC acceleration, partnering with Security, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture to govern Trustworthy AI and FinOps practices. This role requires strong executive presence and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in IT/Engineering leadership.
• Experience managing enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI platforms at scale.
• Strong governance, security and privacy understanding.

Responsabilités

• Lead Platform Services across three verticals: Architecture, Enablement and DevX.
• Define roadmaps and guardrails for regional delivery teams.
• Oversee resource allocation, vendor ecosystems, and talent development.
• Present platform evolutions to VP/C-level leaders.
• Drive DevX and AI SDLC acceleration with automated tooling.
