Job summary

Stripe seeks a seasoned Platform Sales Manager to lead a team of AEs, expand our enterprise SaaS footprint, and shape GTM campaigns. You will define deal strategy, partner across the organization, hire and onboard talent, and drive revenue growth with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with global platforms, translating complex payments concepts into business value and building scalable processes to sustain rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts and translate them into business terms
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience with financial services, payments, or card networks (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Existing Business, Platform AEs to expand our global footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Drive deal strategy and cross-functional collaboration to ensure healthy pipeline, funnel conversion, and margins
• Shape Stripe's product roadmap and drive best practices on selling and forecasting
• Engage with largest strategic opportunities and executive relationships
• Deliver revenue growth and be accountable for performance across the portfolio
• Define GTM structure, campaigns, and sales programs; drive execution and measurement
