Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an Engineer, Platform Engineering & Reliability Specialist to design, build, and automate cloud infrastructure that supports platform reliability and scalability on a global scale.

You will develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, support deployment pipelines, and drive full-stack observability, incident response, and disaster recovery planning. Hybrid work with in-office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Terraform; containerized workloads and orchestration platforms preferred.
• Experience with deployment pipelines, scripting, and automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, incident response, audit and compliance in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support platform reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and reusable automation modules.
• Build and support deployment pipelines and release automation.
• Drive reliability through full-stack observability, SLO tracking, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Execute disaster recovery planning and testing, including failover validation, backup and restore verification.
