Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking an Engineer, Platform Engineering & Reliability Specialist to design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services for Capital Access Platforms.

You will automate infrastructure, develop pipelines, and drive full-stack observability and incident response to ensure resilience. The role requires hands-on cloud, Terraform, and Azure experience, plus scripting and automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure/DevOps/platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infra automation; container orchestration preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform for provisioning, managing, and automating cloud infrastructure.
• Deployment pipelines, scripting, and automation experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, incident response, audit and compliance in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support platform reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and reusable automation modules.
• Build and support deployment pipelines, including release automation and workflow orchestration across environments.
• Drive reliability and resilience through observability and incident response.
• Execute disaster recovery planning and testing, including failover validation and backup verification.
