Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Platform Reliability Engineer to define and scale reliability across the organization. You will work closely with engineering teams to establish reliability standards and tools, ultimately improving system reliability.

The role requires 6+ years of experience with production systems, cloud infrastructure, and observability. This hybrid position offers a competitive compensation range of $182,000–$250,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience operating and improving reliability of production systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools.
• Defined or worked with SLOs/SLAs and understand error budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks for SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, and operational readiness.
• Identify gaps in metrics, logging, and tracing for reliability.
• Develop and improve incident response practices, from detection to learning.
• Build tooling and abstractions to enable self-service reliability.
